Delivery & Returns

UK Delivery

All UK orders are sent with FREE delivery.

Most UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail's 1st Class service. This is not a guaranteed service and so tracking information is not provided. 

Where your order is of higher value, it will be sent using Royal Mail's 'Signed For' service and tracking details will be provided when your order is dispatched. A signature will be required on delivery but if you're not in when delivery is attempted, your order will be taken to your local Sorting Office for later collection.

International Delivery

International delivery is available for Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Most orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail's International Standard service, which isn't tracked in order to keep the shipping costs as low as possible.  

Where your order is of higher value, it may be sent using Royal Mail's International Tracked & Signed service, and any relevant tracking information will be provided upon dispatch of your order. 

Delivery Times

I aim to make and dispatch your order in 1-3 working days from the date it was placed.  

For customers in the UK - Royal Mail aim to deliver items in one working day. 

For customers in Europe - Royal Mail aim to deliver items in 3-5 working days.  

For customers in USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand - Royal Mail aim to deliver items in 5-7 working days.

Please note that all delivery times are an estimate only, and often items can take longer than the delivery times stated above.

If you require an order for a specific date or a special occasion, please get in touch before ordering to ensure I'm able to meet your requirements.

On rare occasions items sent with Royal Mail can be subject to delays which are unfortunately out of my control. If you have any questions about the delivery of your order, please get in touch and I'll gladly try to help.


Can I return an item or exchange it for something else?

I'm happy to accept returns or exchanges, providing the item is returned to me in its original condition and you have notified me of your wish to return/exchange within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return delivery costs and are advised to obtain proof of postage when sending the item(s) back to me. Can I return or exchange an item that has been personalised?

No, personalised items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged so I kindly ask that you check all personalisations thoroughly before ordering.
