Processing Times

I aim to make and dispatch your order in 1-3 business days from the date it was placed.

UK Delivery

All UK orders are sent with FREE delivery as standard, using Royal Mail's 2nd Class service. Royal Mail aim to deliver items in two business days with this service.

If you require faster shipping, you can upgrade to Royal Mail's 1st Class service at an extra cost. Royal Mail aim to deliver items in one business day with this service.

These are not guaranteed services so tracking information is not provided, and delivery times are only an estimate - items can sometimes take longer. 

International Delivery

International delivery is available for countries in the USA, Australia and New Zealand. 

If you choose the International Standard Shipping option at the checkout, your order will be dispatched using Royal Mail's International Standard service. This is not a tracked service and tracking information will not be provided.

If you choose the International Tracked Shipping option at the checkout, your order will be dispatched using Royal Mail's International Tracked service and tracking information will be provided.

With both of these services, Royal Mail aim to deliver items in 7-10 business days

Please note that, unfortunately, there is no faster international shipping option available. The tracked shipping option provides peace of mind as to the location of your order, but does not make shipping any faster. 

If you require an order for a specific date or a special occasion, please get in touch before ordering to ensure I'm able to meet your requirements.

SHIPPING TO EUROPE

New VAT rules have recently been implemented as a result of Brexit. Items sent to the EU will now incur customs charges, VAT and other duties which would be the responsibility of my customers to pay. I've therefore taken the difficult decision to suspend EU shipping for the moment until I can work out a better solution. I apologise for the inconvenience this may cause. If you'd still like to place an order, please go to my Etsy shop where these extra charges are calculated and charged at the checkout, so you have certainty as to the costs involved before placing your order.

International Customs and Import Taxes

All international customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may be charged. I cannot be held responsible for these charges, or any delays caused by customs.

Returns/Exchanges

Can I return an item or exchange it for something else?

I'm happy to accept returns or exchanges, providing the item is returned to me in its original condition and you have notified me of your wish to return/exchange within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return delivery costs and are advised to obtain proof of postage when sending the item(s) back to me. Can I return or exchange an item that has been personalised?

No, personalised items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged so I kindly ask that you check all personalisations thoroughly before ordering.
