I've designed these prints to be easy to frame yourself, so that you can take advantage of the many affordable frames that are available on the high street. But if you'd like to buy a ready framed print, I can take care of it for you.
Framed prints are custom made to order by a specialist framer using 2cm x 2cm wooden moulding. They come unmounted and glazed with shatterproof clear styrene, which looks just like glass but is safe to post. Fixings for hanging your print are also included.

All UK orders are sent with FREE delivery.
All UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail's 1st Class service. This is not a guaranteed service and so tracking information is not provided.
International delivery is available for countries in the USA, Australia and New Zealand.
If you choose the International Standard Shipping option at the checkout, your order will be dispatched using Royal Mail's International Standard service. This is not a tracked service and tracking information will not be provided.
If you choose the International Tracked Shipping option at the checkout, your order will be dispatched using Royal Mail's International Tracked service and tracking information will be provided.
SHIPPING TO EUROPE - New VAT rules have recently been implemented as a result of Brexit. Items sent to the EU will now incur customs charges, VAT and other duties which would be the responsibility of my customers to pay. I've therefore taken the difficult decision to suspend EU shipping for the moment until I can work out a better solution. I apologise for the inconvenience this may cause. If you'd still like to place an order, please go to my Etsy shop where these extra charges will not apply.
International Customs and Import Taxes
All international customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may be charged. I cannot be held responsible for these charges, or any delays caused by customs.
I aim to make and dispatch your order in 1-3 working days from the date it was placed.
The following delivery times are an estimate only:
For customers in the UK - Royal Mail aim to deliver items in one business day.
For customers in Europe - Royal Mail aim to deliver items in 5-7 business days.
For customers in USA, Australia and New Zealand - Royal Mail aim to deliver items in 7-10 business days.
Please note that, unfortunately, there is no faster international shipping option available. The tracked shipping option provides peace of mind as to the location of your order, but does not make shipping any faster.

Can I return an item or exchange it for something else?
I'm happy to accept returns or exchanges, providing the item is returned to me in its original condition and you have notified me of your wish to return/exchange within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return delivery costs and are advised to obtain proof of postage when sending the item(s) back to me. To discuss a return/exchange, please get in touch. Can I return or exchange an item that has been personalised?
No, personalised items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged so I kindly ask that you check all personalisations thoroughly before ordering.
